1 General Overview
tbije is an online gaming and betting platform designed for players in Bangladesh. The platform offers slot games, live casino, cricket betting, tennis betting, and many other forms of entertainment gaming. The terms and conditions described below ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between tbije and all its users.

2 Account Eligibility & Registration
2.1 Age Requirement
tbije's services are for individuals aged 21 and above only. Use of this platform by minors is strictly prohibited. If you are under 21, please stop using the platform immediately. tbije reserves the right to verify age at any time, and failure to prove age may result in account suspension or closure.
2.2 One Account Policy
Each user may create only one account. Creating multiple accounts by the same person is strictly prohibited. If the tbije system detects multiple accounts belonging to the same person, all associated accounts will be closed and any balance in them may be forfeited.
2.3 Accuracy of Information
You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account. Providing incorrect or false information is a violation of the Terms and may result in account cancellation. If any of your details change, notify tbije immediately.
2.4 Account Security
It is entirely your responsibility to keep your account login details, password, and other security information confidential. If you suspect any unauthorized activity or security breach on your account, notify our support team immediately.
3 Deposit & Withdrawal Policy
3.1 Deposit Methods & Limits
The currently accepted deposit methods on tbije are: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay. The minimum deposit amount for each method is ৳100. There is no set maximum deposit limit, however large transactions may require additional verification.
Please note that Rocket is the mobile banking service of Dutch-Bangla Bank. The name on the user's mobile banking account and the tbije account must match; transactions under a different name are not permitted.
3.2 Withdrawal Methods & Limits
The same methods are used for withdrawals: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000. Withdrawals are generally processed within 15 minutes to 2 hours.
3.3 Verification Process
tbije may verify your identity before processing a withdrawal. Failure to provide the required documents may delay or hold the withdrawal. This process is in place for the security of all users.
3.4 Currency
All transactions on this platform are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳).
4 Bonus & Promotional Terms
4.1 Welcome Bonus
tbije offers new members a 120% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳20,000. For example: depositing ৳1,000 gives a ৳1,200 bonus, making the total balance ৳2,200. Alternatively, depositing ৳34,000 or more gives the maximum bonus of ৳20,000.
4.2 Wagering Requirements
Before withdrawing winnings from a bonus, the wagering requirement must be met. Wagering requirement: you must place bets totalling 25 times the bonus amount. For example: ৳1,200 bonus × 25 = ৳30,000 in total bets must be placed before bonus winnings can be withdrawn. Wagering is calculated on the bonus amount only, not on the total balance.
4.3 Bonus Restrictions
Fraudulent use of bonuses, bonus arbitrage, or any other form of abuse is strictly prohibited. If tbije detects suspicious activity, it reserves the right to cancel the bonus and investigate the account.
4.4 General Bonus Terms
- Each bonus offer may have its own expiry date and specific conditions.
- A bonus may only be claimed once, unless specifically stated otherwise.
- tbije reserves the right to change or cancel any bonus offer at any time.
- Bonuses cannot be converted to cash or transferred to another account.
5 VIP Program Terms
tbije has three VIP tiers: Bronze, Silver, and Gold. Each tier offers a different weekly cashback benefit:
- Bronze tier: up to 0.3% weekly cashback.
- Silver tier: up to 0.7% weekly cashback.
- Gold tier: up to 1.0% weekly cashback.
Advancement to a higher tier depends on your ongoing activity and regular participation. tbije reserves the right to change VIP tier criteria and benefits. Cashback is paid once per week and, as it is treated as a bonus, applicable wagering requirements may need to be met.
6 Prohibited & Restricted Activities
The following activities are strictly prohibited while using the tbije platform:
- Playing games through fraudulent means or by using any software, bots, or automated methods.
- Using multiple accounts to abuse bonuses or promotional benefits.
- Using the platform for money laundering or any other illegal financial activity.
- Attempting to reverse-engineer, modify, or hack the platform's software or technology.
- Using any method to gain an unfair advantage over other users.
- Impersonating other users or providing misleading information.
- Abusive or disrespectful behavior toward tbije staff.
If any of the above rules are violated, tbije reserves the right to immediately close the account, forfeit the balance, and take legal action if necessary.
7 Copyright & Intellectual Property
All content presented on the tbije platform — logos, designs, text, graphics, software, game interfaces, and other materials — is the property of tbije or its licensed partners and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
Users may use platform content for personal and non-commercial purposes. However, commercial reuse, modification, or distribution of any content without tbije's prior written permission is strictly prohibited.
Games and content from third-party game providers such as Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, Ezugi, and others are protected under their respective intellectual property rights.

11 Account Suspension & Closure
11.1 Closure by tbije
tbije may suspend or close an account without prior notice in the following circumstances:

- If fraudulent activity is suspected.
- If information provided on the account is proven to be false.
- If an age limit violation is suspected.
- Due to legal or regulatory obligations.
11.2 Closure by the User
You may request to close your account at any time. If there is a valid balance at the time of the request and no Terms have been violated, you will be given the opportunity to withdraw those funds.

13 Amendments & Effective Date of Terms
tbije reserves the right to partially or fully amend these Terms at any time. For significant changes, tbije will endeavour to notify users as far in advance as possible.
Continuing to use the platform after amended Terms are published on this page will be considered automatic acceptance of the new Terms. We therefore recommend visiting this page regularly.
13.1 Severability
If any part of these Terms is declared invalid or unenforceable by a court or arbitration body, that part will be removed and the remaining Terms will remain in full effect.
13.2 Entire Agreement
These Terms constitute the entire agreement between tbije and the user and supersede any prior oral or written agreements or understandings.
